Please note: The Reservation Service is for clocks requiring workshop repair. For grandfather clocks and floor clocks needing in-home service, please schedule an appointment using this link:
Unlike many repair shops, we don't want your clock spending months in our workshop simply waiting for its turn. Even though our storage area is secure, climate-controlled, and located under the same roof as our workshop, we believe your clock is usually better off remaining in your home until we're ready to begin work.
After all, even a clock that isn't running can still be admired and enjoyed. Family heirlooms continue to tell a story, decorative clocks still enhance a room, and—as the saying goes—even a stopped clock is right twice a day.
No deposit is required to reserve your place. Your service deposit is collected when your repair is scheduled and we are ready to begin work.
Once you join our Reservation Service, you won't need to monitor our availability or wonder when to contact us. When space becomes available in our repair schedule, we'll contact you to schedule your appointment.
By accepting only as many clocks as we can properly care for, we minimize the time your clock is away from home and can give your clock the attention it deserves once it arrives in our care. This approach also reduces unnecessary handling and storage while your clock is awaiting service.
